STABLE ASCENT was built on 27 years of Human Capital Develop – Talent Management in the Financial Services Industry and Manufacturing Industry in the Midwest. Sarah Robertson, the Chief Ascender is proud to run a veteran and female-owned business since 2009. She began her professional journey in the US Air Force stationed in Guam, USA. Following this, she obtained her bachelors in Accounting, Finance, and Economics. At the age of 26 Sarah began as a President/CEO of Harley Davidson's Credit Union in Milwaukee, WI. In 2008, she finished her Master's Degree in Business & Human Capital Development, putting her first M&A through her thesis. In 2009 she launched her first business, the Enthusiastic Executive where she served as a Fractional C-suite option and strategist, an M&A human capital developer and Leadership Coach for executives and emerging leaders. Sarah has also managed some human capital crisis projects for organizations needing immediate feedback for improvement and talent developed programs. In 2022, Sarah's vision expanded to include other consulting arms to better serve the clients. This new vision lead to a rebrand of a new company, STABLE ASCENT. Sarah is surrounded by a team of executive consultants and strategic partners that can strategize with leaders who want to grow, scale, and design the infrastructure of their human capital and it's talent management within their organizations. This is done through the creation of the Talent Management philosophy and design that is fully executable and sustainable. The goal is to increase the leadership bandwidth in an organization with a customized "train the trainer" program that is scalable and sustainable by your HR/Org. Development/L&D teams.
