• Project Managed all projects up to the value of £100k
• Created and maintained cost reports for all projects within the portfolio presenting monthly on their position against £22m project budget to heads of departments and team members
• Produced business cases for projects identified by programme management and then submitted them to key stakeholders for approval
• Developed and maintained documentation tracker detailing position of key documentation for all projects
• Created project management guide and implemented processes for project initiation through to completion enabling consistency and high quality project management.
• Responsible for updating team on status of projects and act as liaison with the project and operational delivery teams.
• Managed and expanded approved list of suppliers following appropriate due diligence
• Liaised with stakeholders and Finance with accurate project costs accrual figures 
• Archived project documentation ensuring it’s easily accessible to team
• Supported programme manager in creating a frame work agreement for PM services.

With over 10 years’ experience leading highly motivated and engaged teams. A specific strength in delivering business critical products and services projects to external and internal customers in extremely fast paced environments.
