I've built my career on one simple principle: working smarter is ultimately more productive than working harder or longer hours. My role in nearly every company I've worked with has involved working smarter by identifying trends, building or improving processes, and spreading my enthusiasm for working smarter with everyone around me. I enjoy the critical thinking associated with data governance and business processes. I am self-directed and have proven that I can meet tight deadlines. I have highly refined analytical skills, and I also have the intellectual curiosity and desire to continually improve my work processes. I work well on cross-functional teams either virtually or face to face. I believe that collaborating and working with others encourages learning and creativity that may not be accomplished when working alone. I enjoy being a team player and am equally successful and comfortable leading projects or allowing someone else to lead. I completed my Master’s degree in Business Administration in 2011 and have worked diligently and successfully at applying the skills I learned to my everyday responsibilities and processes.
