-- Impact : % Of suspicious Employers Verified within 24hrs once Docs were submitted increased from <5% to 81%

- Identified and fixed flows that Potential Fraud Employers were exploiting to go live on the Employer Platform
-- Impact: saved 7% of the Manual Effort on Verification on a daily basis

- Tested multiple iterations of the Monetisation Strategy for Free Segment Users (24% of Users). Defined a logic to identify monetizable sticky Free Segment Users based on Platform Usage after Acquisition
-- Impact : Acquisition to 30d conversion Funnel  improved from 2.5% to ~ 4.5%
