This was my major concern when I started to write online. 

I was tired of seeing a lot of similar posts on LinkedIn- 'Be consistent', 'content strategy is important', 'Break enhances your productivity', 'storytelling is booming' and so on. 

So, I was afraid to share my story too as it would look like ‘one in a hundred’. 

I don’t want that to happen. I want to create content that uniquely showcases me and my audience should feel it fresh. 

I feel, maybe the content, tone or writing that should interest them. Is anybody like me? 

I’ll tell you what can be done. 

📍Reflect on your days to take inspiration and make content out of it. 

📍Keenly observe the happenings around you as only you can go through them. 

📍Take networking calls. Connect with new people to know their struggles and achievements. Understand their pain points and give a solution through your content.

📍Master the art of storytelling and relate it with your niche to make it more interesting and readable. 

📍You can take inspiration from others’ content and put your own perspective to add more value to the post. 

📍Formatting is the king here. I find many clumsy posts while scrolling and I don’t spend my time reading them. Never let that happen with your posts too.

A task that I thought would take 3 hours took me only 1 hour to complete! 


You heard me right.

I used to set a time limit for each of my tasks every day. That was the case on that day too.

The task which I was taking 3 hours to complete consumed only 1 hour on that particular day.

The tasks were not tough ones that consumed much time.

Then comes my reflection part! 

I got the answer. It’s my pre-judgment about my deadline without even doing the task before.

I programmed my mind to complete that task in 3 hours and hence I took that whole time for granted.

I thought I had time and worked slowly allowing some distractions on my way. 🤦‍♀️

When I focused entirely on my task, I was able to finish it even before the expected time.

Shocking, but true!

When you allocate a bigger deadline for a small task, your mind will work accordingly.

Same way, never be judgemental about your clients. 

Things may not go as you planned since you don’t know them. 

Yes! 

In most of my cases, the clients whom I thought would never come back are ready to pay in advance and start the work immediately. 

Whereas, the clients whom I thought were potential clients take too much time to decide and delay the process. Sometimes they never show up too! 

So, I have stopped assuming, put my 100%, believe only in the process and let things come their own way.

I was able to create 5 content pieces in 30 minutes when I did this one particular thing! 


CHANGE OF PLACE. 

Sounds small? 

Definitely NO! 

I was wondering why my productivity was so low nowadays. I couldn’t create any kind of content sitting at my work desk. 

However when I tried, I ended up watching reels or consuming content about 'how to create strategic content'.

LOL! 

I can read your mind! Please stop laughing! 😂 

At the same time, I don’t want to continue this and keep worrying at the end of the day.

I decided to try a different workplace and the rest is history.

Initially, it was difficult but within time I got used to the flow. 

Yes, that’s a MAGIC! 

Similarly, if you’re facing any problem in growing your profile, a small change in the strategy will make everything easier for you.

For example: 

If you’re not getting enough leads, change the #contentstrategy. Create more ToFu content. 

If your profile reach is low, try changing your engagement strategy. 

It’s as simple as that. The thing is we fail to implement the change and are stuck in the loop of being mediocre.
