Business Technology Analyst for Information Security and Account Management

Responsible for the capturing of current architecture of the DoIT environment as well as aiding in the capture of target architectures, associated architectural requirements, DoIT architectural goals, principles and standards and other architecturally relevant information required for effective enterprise architecture. Works with both IT and non-IT staff to capture architecture information in the appropriate artifact or system as well as help oversee governance of this information. Must recognize when information provided may not be of an appropriate detail and escalate this issue to the appropriate groups. 

Work with appropriate IT and non-IT teams, business analysts, solution architects, project managers, team leads and project sponsors to ensure that potential changes to business, systems and data, and technology architecture are appropriately captured, reviewed and governed. Duties include but are not limited to: capture of baseline and target architecture, capture of standards, enterprise architecture reviews and assessments, providing architectural input from the enterprise architecture repository to project charters and proposed operational changes.

Work with the enterprise architecture team and enterprise architecture governing committees to review and refine existing enterprise architecture procedures. Ensure that enterprise architecture artifacts meet the needs of DoIT and its stakeholders through periodic review.

Work with the enterprise architecture team to provide data curation to the enterprise repository – ensuring that baseline and target architectures, standards, and assessments are properly maintained over time and updated in a governed fashion.

Provide aid to DoIT staff in submitting or retrieving information to or from the enterprise architecture repository.

Provide formal and informal training on use of the enterprise repository, taxonomies used in the repository, and reports from the repository.

Business Technology Analyst for Enterprise Architecture

University of Missouri-Columbia

•	Led successful migration of Mizzou’s enterprise student engagement platform from OrgSync to Engage including 80,000+ users and 10 years of student engagement data.
•	Updated and reimplemented API integrations for new platform. Established new integration with Peoplesoft.
•	Led the successful implementation of pathway program for Fraternity and Sorority Life at Mizzou using Engage. Helped client define requirements and establish the needed business processes to support the pathway and populate it with data. Worked with data team to create additional reports for client using Cognos. 
•	Oversaw implementation of co-curricular transcript through Engage. Included customizing end-user interface and establishing business process to approve experiences and associate them with learning outcomes. Trained administrators and end users on new feature and established best practices for leveraging the document.  
•	Responsible for selection and implementation of new portal software, OneCampus. Worked to bring new platform online, implement authentication, and met with a variety of stakeholders and content owners to populate with relevant content. 
•	Launched and manage two mobile applications (Android and Apple) that utilize content from OneCampus. Monitor app performance as well as push updates to the applications when there are new releases.
•	Worked with user focus groups to evaluate product and gather feedback on the tool. Responsible for turning feedback into actionable improvements within the platform. Also created content governance to preserve a seamless, end-user focused experience. 
•	Monitor and interpret analytics on an ongoing basis for both platforms to ensure an optimized experience and to remove barriers for our end users.
•	Created content review process for aligning multiple stakeholders around content and the processes used to ensure information is accurate and provided in a timely, coordinated way.

Senior Coordinator for Student Engagement Technology

•	Implemented pay-per-click, search engine optimization, Google Analytics and data analysis with proven success.
•	Develop, manage, and optimize digital pay-per-click advertising campaigns using Google AdWords, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other third party content distribution networks. 
•	Implement and Analyze A/B and multivariate testing on campaigns to drive actionable insights.
•	Produce monthly performance reports for clients utilizing Google Analytics. Determined key metrics and provided direction to clients in making data based decisions regarding their digital initiatives.
•	Implement SEO strategies for client websites including layout, content optimization, keyword structuring, etc.
•	Work with content owners to create highly engaging and insightful copy for websites, social media and other digital properties to deliver reach and impressions.
•	Supervise a team of three undergraduate students and one graduate student contributing written and visual content to social media channels in addition to performing social listening and placing social ads.
•	Implemented project tracking system using a cloud based project management software that increased transparency on projects and led to faster delivery while reducing internal email communication.

Digital Marketing Coordinator

•	Coordinated and managed the implementation, expansion, and integration of OrgSync at Mizzou.
•	Coordinated the implementation of user authentication and API connection to the Student Information System with the vendor, IT staff, and SIS staff. Developed custom user profile and information update parameters. 
•	Managed the onboarding and expansion of community from 1-6 umbrellas each with discrete users, needs, and processes. 
•	Implemented card swipe technology to provide real time student attendance tracking. 
•	Trained clients and their internal stakeholders on platform functionality and best practices. Adept at assisting offices in getting their staff to understand new technology.
•	Developed and implemented API connections to other campus systems including EMS, Advance, and Localist. 
•	Analyze data and produce reports based on online and offline activity. 
•	Responsible for 80,000 users and 800 portals across 6 unique umbrellas that collectively contain thousands of forms, events, involvement entries, and other critical data points.

OrgSync Implementation and Management

•	Responsible for development of content and functionality for 40+ websites. 
•	Managed the web development team including a programmer/analyst, graduate assistant and two undergraduate students. 
•	Developed intake process to ensure both the web team and customers had accurate expectations. 
•	Delegated incoming requests and ensured that jobs were done on time and by the appropriate staff.
•	Defined and achieved client needs and training through one on one sessions and ongoing communication. 
•	Helped departmental leaders prioritize current web projects and plan future developments.
•	Managed over 40 WordPress websites that average over 1 million hits per year combined.
•	Developed and reviewed yearly budget. 
•	Provided monthly analytics reports for each website owner and use analytics to improve content.

Student Life Web Development Coordinator

•	Created social media presence for various entities. Trained other university offices, departments, and individuals on the strategic use of social media tools. 
•	Initiated and led redesign of stufftodo.missouri.edu website, including market research utilizing focus groups, design of an improved layout and feel for the website, working with technical staff to created specific functionalities, and marketing the site across the campus.
•	Increased traffic on the stufftodo.missouri.edu website an average of 20-30 hits per week to the 1,500-2,000 hits per week.
•	Coordinated university corporate sponsorships. Served as the point of contact for these corporations, drafted necessary contracts, made reservations, located resources and ensured all university policies and procedures were followed. 
•	Planned, coordinated, marketed, implemented, and assessed late night and weekend programming initiatives. 
•	Oversaw staff and production assistant recruitment, training, supervision, and management for an event team consisting of 20-25 undergraduate students per semester.
•	Coordinated the late night programming budget. Prepared budget plans and proposals and monitored the budget throughout the implementation of events.
•	Oversaw submissions, production, and delivery of Fall Welcome and Spring Activities guides. Responsible for the creation of an online submission form that streamlined the collection of content for these materials.
