Role: Detail Engineering.

Responsibilities -
•	Prepared Technical  Specifications and making periodic changes as and when required as per the Scope of  the Project.
•	 Prepared Contractors Block diagrams and update them as per the Project requirements and    Specifications.
•	 Performed  Detail Engineering activity and Cost estimation tasks for the BS-171 Kuwait Project.
•	 Reviewed Telecom  System documents from Vendor,  as part of Vendor Document Review (VDR)  ,   includes : Functional and  Detail  Design Specifications, Block Diagrams, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT),Site  Acceptance Test procedures (SAT),Performance Acceptance  Test (PAT) procedures, Detailed Cabinet  & Internal Wiring Diagrams, Dimensional and installation Drawings, BoQ , General Arrangement Drawings and Inspection Test Plans/ Reports, etc on Public Address and General Alarm (PAGA),Emergency Paging System (EPS),Wide Area Network (WAN) System ,Local Area network System (LAN),Structured Cabling System (SCS), Clock System, Hotline System, Telephone System as part  of review to make them  Technically  well-built.   .
•	 Reviewed Security System documents from Vendor for the  Access Control, Security Intercom (VoIP),Intrusion Detection System (IDS),Perimeter Intrusion Detection system (PIDS),Security and  Process CCTV Systems ,Security Management System (SMS) and Active Network System (ANS) includes : Functional, Detail  Design Specifications, Block Diagrams, Wiring Diagrams, Dimensional and installation Drawings, General Arrangement Drawings , Factory Acceptance Test (FAT),Performance Acceptance(PAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT)  procedures, BoQ and Inspection Test  Plans/report  etc.

To participate in the Project Management task for the Metro Project and to be responsible for timely execution and completion of the project
• Planning the Telecom System implementation activities.
• Review the product submittals issued by the tenderers against specifications.
• Understanding of telecom Sub-systems not limited to DTS (Data transmission System), Telephone(EPABX) system,TETRA Radio System, CCTV(Closed Circuit Television)  System, PA (Public Announcement System), PIDS (Public Information Display System),ACIDS(Access control and Intrusion detection  System),Clock System,Central Voice Recording System(CVRS),Centralized Fault Reporting System(CTFRS),Office Automation & Information Technology (OAIT).
• Review the Preliminary Designs and ensure that they are in accordance with the Employer’s  Technical specifications.
• Review the Detailed Designs and ensure that they are in accordance with the Employer’s specifications and Preliminary Designs.
• Ensure that all drawings are in line with project scope, contract specification and the company quality standards. 
Vendor Management: Interface to vendor/ Sub-contractors, System Integrators and assigning tasks and releasing Purchase Order.
Involved in the initial bidding stages for the telecommunication system of Hyderabad Metro.
