Hi, I’m Sarat, founder of LeadYouth. I’m dedicated to helping youth become excellent speakers, leaders and emotionally intelligent thinkers. I love presenting and leading for the impact they create. Before LeadYouth, I spent 12 years in IT, specializing in programming and ERP apps, and earned an MBA from WP Carey School. As a former high school debater and leader, confidence fueled my success in IT. Now, as a mother of four teens, I’m passionate about helping kids build the same foundation. Through LeadYouth, I empower students (8+) with leadership, communication, and EI skills for success in school, career, and life. Seeing my students grow inspires me. With the right support, they can become leaders, entrepreneurs, and change-makers.
