- Leading the migration of Uzum Business Corporate app to a new CBS, coordinating with 3 multi-disciplinary teams to implement critical APIs in Forex, Swift, and Payments, meeting stringent deadlines.

- Cut ref number generation in currency exchange operations from 5-10 seconds to under 1 second, saving 117 man-hours monthly.
- Reduced CBS log storage by 1TB, delaying costly hardware investments and boosting system performance.

- Led the adoption of GitLab for better version control and code review, raising code quality and collaboration.
- Established coding standards and supported a developer-led initiative to refine our codebase and testing framework.

Project Manager and Software Engineer

Developed "Akfa Automated Guided Vehicle" autonomous robot. Worked on the navigation code in C++, embedded systems programming (ESP32), mobile control app (Android Java), backlog of the project and team management. The robot was used to deliver drinks to guests at Akfa Innovations Showroom.
Developed a mobile app as an instrument of "APS (Akfa Production System)" Lean Manufacturing. App helps to hold preventive equipment checks, communicate with colleagues, monitor the process. The app implements the japanese lean manufacturing instrument Andon. It works in 3 languages: English, Russian and Uzbek. Developed using Android SDK, Java, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Realtime Database, Android Notifications, Camera, WiFi Stack and external libraries like Glide, QR ZXing. 
Conducted project management, deployment, testing, collection of datasets, dataset labelling for Object Detection project. Contributed to development of Android App using TensorFlow.
Contributed to the development of Web Statistics Dashboard integrated with "APS (Akfa Production System)" mobile app.
Developed a basic staff management software for Windows OS using QTCreator and C++ language
Developed a social distancing mobile app called "Spacer" using Android SDK, especially its Bluetooth Stack and Java.
