● Professionally address client inquiries and support requests via Zendesk while
maintaining effective communication to resolve concerns and issues while always
keeping company security in mind.
● Accurately document client interactions and valuable client information within our internal
systems.
● Generate reports and share insights with the team concerning identity verification-related
activities.
● Collaborate with the Manager, Digital Content Compliance as necessary to investigate
accounts suspected of improper activity, including copyright infringement, artificial
streaming, UGC violations, credit card fraud, or other suspicious behavior.
● Utilize identity verification software to analyze account metrics and relevant data to
identify patterns or indicators of improper activity.
● Document findings and recommend appropriate actions, such as account termination,
further verification, or escalation to management if necessary.
 Offer support and guidance to colleagues handling complex cases related to improper
account activity.
● Support team members as necessary to empower them in recognizing and effectively
responding to accounts exhibiting improper activity.
