Scrum Master & Team Lead

Main responsibilities:

- Ensure Scrum ceremonies (e.g., stand ups, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, etc.) are executed properly, driving squad to develop and deliver more efficiently
- Support Agile Coach in educating the team and executing Agile best practices, promoting self-organization and driving toward high-functioning teams 
- Eliminate blockers and external interferences to development progress
- Help Product Owner maintain the product backlog and hold BTA accountable to defining stories at the right level
- Capture squad velocity and supports squad improvement 
- Act as a change agent for the Scrum team and the organization
- Mentoring fellow Scrum Masters
- Fostering an open and collaborative space to enable maximum efficiency

Scrum Master

As a Business Analyst I was working with PMs, Product Owners, Development and QA team and third-party providers in 20+ different markets in the APMEA region to meet stakeholder requirements. 

Main responsibilities:
- Feature requirement clarification and assessment
- Stakeholder management
- Organizing and participating in design meetings and calls with key stakeholders
- Communicating business requirements to developers and managers
- Business documentation (user stories, requirement specifications, BDDs)
- Reviewing high-level requirements
- Preparing training materials
- Facilitating the understanding of business reasons behind feature requirements
- Brainstorming about future ways of effective solutioning
- Providing product support in pre-production phase
- Supervising end-to-end testing

Business Technical Analyst

Junior Business Analyst

Primary tasks:

- Developing and delivering all the product/feature release documentation
- Performing translation tasks, both technical and non-technical content
- Creating promo material in English (photography and phrasing of the flyer)
- Executing peer review process for all the development/implementation technical documentation
- Providing help in the technical documentation delivered to third parties, such as API Specifications and workflow descriptions
- Implementing documentation and/or documentation process improvement
- Participating in the internal written communication processes
- Creating training materials (primarily video tutorials) on company's products
