My focus is on driving growth, broadening our market share, and positioning EQS as the premier compliance platform in Europe, expanding our scope beyond whistleblowing solutions.

-Interim Country Manager for Spain, guiding the sales team towards confidence and proficiency in selling our comprehensive platform. This role involves close collaboration with marketing to ensure a cohesive approach to expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.

-Company Thought Leader for the 'Compliance Cockpit' initiative, leading the organizational transition from a single solution provider to a comprehensive platform provider in the compliance sector across Europe. I play a key role in shaping and communicating our strategic vision, aligning product development with the evolving needs of the market.

-Strategic Partnership Development in Switzerland and Spain, enhancing relationships with key players such as KPMG, PwC, and Informa, as well as boutique consultancies. These efforts are crucial for expanding our ecosystem and reinforcing our market influence in the compliance domain.

-Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness. Initiatives include the implementation of Gong for advanced sales process insights, enabling our sales teams with targeted training, and leveraging analytics for strategic decision-making.

I am a digital native with an entrepreneurial mindset and over 12 years of experience as sales executive and people manager for Heckler & Koch & EQS Group (Leading European WB-Solution provider). 

I have had the opportunity to live, study and work in 7 different countries around the world. Through this experience, I learned to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and truly found my passion for Mental health, Ethics, Cloud technology, SaaS business models and building global networks. 

Recently I have taken the role of Country Manager Switzerland with focus on developing further the Corporate Compliance business.

In my free time, I enjoy swimming in the Zurich lake, traveling and spending time with inspiring people.

Me: I used to think I was consistent.
Also me (after having a baby): Turns out, I was just practicing.

Parenthood teaches a new kind of consistency, one where you don’t get to choose when to show up.
No snooze button. No “I’ll do it tomorrow.”

And it made me realize something powerful about leadership:

You can’t be an inspiring leader if you’re not consistent with yourself first.
Because people aren’t inspired by what you say, they’re inspired by what you do, every day, even when it’s hard.

What helps me build consistency: 

1) Going to bed and waking up at the same time 
2) Planning the week ahead: workouts, meditation, priorities
3) No alcohol, because good sleep is the real performance hack. 
4) Writing it down. If it’s not planned, it won’t happen

Consistency builds credibility.
Credibility inspires trust.
And trust is what truly moves people.

Habits. Before or after the baby? 

I asked a friend who leads a global team and has two kids:
Me: How do you stay consistent once the baby arrives?
Friend: You don’t, unless you built the habits before.

That hit me.

So before baby life began, I focused on building real consistency.
Here’s what actually helped:

1) No alcohol → nothing ruins sleep and discipline faster
2) Plan the week on Sunday night → including specific workout slots
3) Stick to exact workouts → even while traveling
4) Accountability partner → share workouts daily and stay accountable 

These tiny systems made me more stable, more focused.
Because consistency at work starts with consistency in life.

1) I check sleep & recovery every morning.
2) I plan recovery like I plan my pipeline.
3) I share insights with peers who track too.

Effective leaders use data not just to report, but to guide action.
