As I progressed at Kitt, I played a pivotal role in aligning our product and delivery teams with customer needs. My focus was on ensuring that our solutions not only addressed customer pain points but also generated significant value, backed by a successful and scalable commercial and channel strategy.

I empowered our sales representatives with a compelling value proposition, drawing on market, competitor, and crucially, customer insights to craft effective pitches and handle objections. Additionally, I led the creation of key sales collateral, including impactful case studies, acting as the voice of the customer within the business.

Managing all external channels, from PR to digital, events strategy, and partnerships, I orchestrated a comprehensive rebrand rollout to realign Kitt with our maturing customer base. This involved overseeing brand strategy, collaborating with external agencies, and ensuring activation across all channels and collateral.

As the leader of the marketing function, I set goals and managed the team to ensure they had the resources, personal development opportunities, and support needed to deliver their best work. 

I am proud to have played a crucial role in Kitt's journey, ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed customer expectations, and that our marketing efforts resonate with and captivate our target audience.

Worked as an Ambassador for the university's Outreach Programme.
Working with year groups in local schools in Hertfordshire to provide them with information about higher education and the University experience. Lead activities to develop their thinking and confidence skills. I also acted as a campus tour guide for open days to the University where I led potential students and their parents around providing information about the facilities and experiences available at Hertfordshire University.
