I really love a hard problem solved well. Especially when it has a positive impact on the world - be that improving somebody's health, or saving our planet. For 8+ years, I've been working alongside brilliant teams of engineers, designers, marketers and more to unearth genuine user problems, then find effective ways to tackle them. Having worked across many industries - including Femtech, Fintech and Government - I've learned how to deeply understand a diverse set of users, and how to shape a business off the back of it. In recent years I've largely focused those efforts in scaling start-ups (between Seed and Series C), including multiple product launches, introductions into new markets and even a successful acquisition. I thrive on coaching others and being able to share my learnings. Communication is critical to success in this line of work, and I enjoy being the translator between customers, product, commercial and leadership teams, focusing on what's most impactful and bringing people together around a common goal. Product management gives me the opportunity to combine my fascination with human behaviour and cutting edge technologies to produce life-changing results.
