My name is Satch and I'm an airline pilot and Real Estate investor. When I started flying for the airlines in 2013 I noticed many of the ups and downs the industry goes through, so I decided to do something about it. In 2018 I began a house flipping company growing it to 31 employees doing hundreds of Real Estate transactions. When my airline shut down in 2020, I was receiving enough income from Real Estate that I did not have to get another pilot job. I then saw a need to show other pilots and high income earners the power of leveraging syndications to invest passively in Real Estate just like I was doing - V1 Capital was born. I eventually went back to flying - because I love doing it and I wouldn't be happier without it in my life.
