Me? Tall, handsome, and kind :) Yes, that's what my wife says. But who am I? Like any other in the world, I am a regular person - born without any skills and learned a few through the process to perform my duties with sincere effort. Apart from being a wonderful Dad and Husband, I am working as an Agile Coach / Scrum Master at Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited. I have been part of project management (As PjM & SM) activities for the past seven years. Overall, 15+ years of experience in the Automotive (AA - Automotive after-market) and IoT domain. Like many other Indians, I have not chosen Engineering but, it chose me :) Glad that happened. After four years of learning at college, I joined BGSW as a fresher. My German A1 classes started with my on-the-job training. Luckily for me, with the help of wonderful mentors, I was able to come out well. My boss trusted my ability and made me fly to Germany (twice) and the US (twice) to support our partners. With the help of continuous learning and guidance, I have grown as a Project Manager. Right now, I am assisting 40+ high caliber engineers as an Agile Coach. Managing people and handling impediments is not an easy job. Every day you have the opportunity to learn new things, either about people or processes, that's why I love what I do. I am a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI and Certified Scrum Master (PSM I) from scrum.org. These two certifications helped me inspect my understanding of the Waterfall model and Scrum framework. SAFe and its practices are learned through Advanced Scrum Master certification from Scaled Agile Inc. Tools (Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum, ScrumXP/SAFe) are for the projects, not the other way around. I am happy that I have quite some tools under my belt to tackle different challenges. I love sports and music. I find happiness by helping others grow. I love to get identified by others for my human behavior more than any other skills of mine.
