Recent Paragraph highlighting some important aspects My motivation comes from the feeling of being able to serve my alma mater. I have been working in various capacities since my graduation in 1978 from Indian Institute of Technology Madras. I have worked as a teacher, learner, organizer, advisor, consultant, coordinator UG and PG programs) and last but not the least as an entrepreneur. I have also served in various academic bodies like Board of Studies, Academic Board (Senate), Special committees to deal with specific issues at the institute level. I have been working as the coordinator of Research Activities for our institute. I have also worked on Defense selection board for the selection of scientists in DRDO. I have also worked in UGC selection panels for academic positions of lecturers, assistant professors, and professors. I have worked in the industrial environment in various capacities starting from multinational, large scale, small and medium scale (SME). I have also worked as consultant to state Govt. agencies, worked on World Bank and Govt. of India Projects.
