I built a Color Contrast Analyzer for your website in just a few minutes.

Bonjour tout le monde !

Je m'appelle Satvik PUTI. J'ai déménagé en France en 2022 pour faire un Master en Management à l'ESSEC Business School.
Venir en France m'a transformé de manières que je n'aurais jamais imaginées. Je ne parlais pas un mot de français quand je suis arrivé. Maintenant je fais des pitchs en français !

Je viens de Vizag, en Inde. J'ai grandi dans une cité ouvrière en Odisha, à cause du boulot de mon père dans une entreprise publique. J'ai eu une éducation cosmopolite car des gens de toute l'Inde vivaient dans la cité. Du coup, à 10 ans, je parlais déjà couramment 4 langues. Pour moi, le français, c'est juste une langue de plus. Comme toutes les meilleures écoles de commerce d'Europe sont en France, ça ne me dérangeait pas d'apprendre une nouvelle langue.

Ma carrière n'a pas été linéaire du tout. J'ai fait mon Bachelor en informatique à Bangalore. Mais j'ai passé la plupart de mon temps dans les débats de compétition en représentant mon université. J'ai été coach de débat pendant 3 ans à cette époque. Après ma licence, pendant que je bossais dans une boîte de services technologiques, je passais mes heures libres à apprendre la composition musicale. J'ai vite compris que je ne pouvais pas faire de la musique ma source principale de revenus. Il faut la poursuivre par amour de la musique. Après beaucoup d'introspection, j'ai réalisé que je m'intéresse au comportement humain et à la psychologie. Le marketing semblait être le truc idéal. C'est comme ça qu'a commencé ma quête d'un programme de Master où je pourrais explorer tout ça.
Une de mes principales forces, c'est créer des communautés et les faire grandir. J'adore rencontrer de nouvelles personnes autour d'intérêts partagés.

Je ne savais pas que j'avais un état d'esprit d'entrepreneur. J'ai été inspiré en voyant des entrepreneurs pitcher leurs startups lors des mardis organisés par ESSEC Ventures. J'adore les fondateurs qui ont une envie intense de résoudre des problèmes.
Avant, j'étais membre fondateur d'Utopia ESSEC - l'Association IA de l'ESSEC. On est une des plus grandes associations étudiantes de France aujourd'hui.

Je suis cofondateur de Just Build It - une communauté pour les builders ambitieux. Depuis sa création, on a organisé plusieurs sessions de build et des hackathons ces 4 derniers mois. J'ai lancé Just Build It parce que j'étais déçu par les conférences et les événements de networking, parce que ça finissait souvent par des gens qui échangeaient leurs profils LinkedIn. Les gens ne se connectaient pas vraiment. Mais chez Just Build It, les gens créent des liens en résolvant ensemble les problèmes qu'ils rencontrent en construisant leurs projets. Et ils repartent avec des apprentissages et de nouveaux potes.

J'ai fini mon master à l'ESSEC et je cherche actuellement à bosser dans des startups pour les aider à créer de la valeur et grandir.

- As a math teacher, you can ask AI to generate a word problem for the students  based on the solution you have in mind.

Tomorrow's theme is to build a game. What should I build?

Most hackathons including the one I hosted don't consider the health of the participants. Most of it is pizzas, ultra-processed sugary snacks and unhealthy amounts of redbull and coffee. 

I want a culture of building without putting your health in jeopardy. 
If you are healthy, you can push beyond limits.
