• Product Development: Organized the user-testing for the early stage product, conducted interviews, analyzed insights and advised the product manager on improvements. 

• Increased Sales outreach to 200 potential clients by cold approaching potential clients on Facebook, LinkedIn, and email, and calling them.

• Data Analysis using SQL and Excel to manipulate various data sets and create campaign dashboards to measure and track KPIs ie. response rate, revenue per customer, CPA.

 • Actively represented the university at fairs and events, effectively promoting its offerings to potential students from both B2B and B2C perspectives. 

• Took a proactive role in business development by negotiating exclusive discounts for students, enhancing their overall university experience and demonstrating a student-centered approach.

• Spearheaded business development efforts, identifying and introducing new products for on-board sales, resulting in an impressive increase of approximately 20% in sales. 

• Successfully engaged with existing partners on a daily basis, fostering collaborative relationships and eliciting new ideas that led to a valuable partnership resulting in a notable cost reduction of around 15%.

Hello! It's Sat, co-founder at Rules of Three. Since our launch in October 2022, we've been focused on integrating the benefits of painting into people's lives through innovative projects.

My background includes experience in both early-stage startups and established tech companies. I hold a master's degree in Innovation Design Management from the University of Europe for Applied Sciences, emphasizing design thinking and creative problem-solving.

Previously, I worked as a Business Development Manager at Compado GmbH, overseeing product launches, partnership negotiations, and user behavior analysis.
