Administration Supervisor

•	Functioned as the person in-charge of office administration, accountable for coordinating all aspects of the department, throughout the organization.
•	Reported to the department head on a regular basis, submitted status reports about the progress and completion of various administrative tasks.

•	Provided insights to the senior management team with regard to the attendance trend, and assisted in planning the course of disciplinary action for non-compliant employees.
•	Assisted the accounts team in calculating payroll, coordinated with banks for conducting monthly payroll deposits in respective salary accounts.
•	Developed periodic attendance reports, submitted them to the management team for review, and discussed ways to increase productivity levels.
