Use the rejections as fuel to ignite your full potential.

🔹 First build basics. Strong computer fundamentals, DSA & projects.

🔹 I agree it is tough. I used to attend only important college lectures. I used to study/work till 4 AM. 🥲

🔹 Worry about your growth not AIs growth. I can’t even imagine AI doing the work I do in office at this point, there is soo much involved in software engineering. Use AI to become smart & save time.

I give plenty of opportunities to freshers. 

It is sad to see how HRs and companies expect experience for internship roles.

Had a great time Judging the innovative projects at DTU.

It really reminded me of my good old college days.

I used to participate a lot in hackathons and coding contests. 

Even today I see candidates making the mistake of not communicating their thought, project neatly. 

Same mistake in interviews and same in hackathons. 

Practice before the final presentation.

Give mock interviews. 

Be confident.

As a fresher, I made a lot of mistakes in my early career.

Initially, I was putting in too much effort but not in the right direction. 

You must be aware of important things going on in the industry.

Searching for entry level jobs?

I’m very disappointed to see that entry level jobs pay so less to the freshers but demand a good number of work experience.

If it is truly an entry level stop looking for work experiences. 

Relevant projects should be enough. 

If they have 2-3 years of work-ex then they aren’t entry level professionals anymore.

Just give someone a chance and proper training.
