I’ll start — here’s a bit about what it’s like to be me: • nature • travells • networking and uniting people • fulfilled when my work positively impacts lives • love inspiring and being inspired • explore new things • love creative and innovation • capture the world with my camera • enjoy planning and structuring but remain easygoing My experience across Ukraine, Lithuania, and the UK reflects my deep passion for creating innovative solutions that inspire, regenerate, develop, and improve lives. • Empowering Youth: Actively engaged in a youth NGO, I implemented various social projects to improve the lives of citizens and empower youth to become agents of change. This experience determined my commitment to a social mission in all my endeavours. • Inclusive Sport: Co-created Inclusive Football for Children, providing children with disabilities the opportunity to play football, enhancing their physical and social skills. We've welcomed over 400 children, involved 120 volunteers and coaches, organised the First Inclusive Children's Football Championship in Ukraine, and earned support from Oleksandr Zinchenko, Puma, Ukrainian Association of Football, NSC Olimpiyskiy, and others. • Empowering Seniors: Co-launched Moim Ridnym, a social enterprise that empowers senior women by creating opportunities to realise their talents through handmade crafts, fostering a sense of community and belonging. • Breaking Barriers: Co-led Charity Dinners in the Dark, immersive dinners where guests dined in darkness and were served by blind waiters, creating a unique experience that challenged social stereotypes and raised awareness of visual impairments. • Supporting Refugees: With Nadiya Charity, I've facilitated projects providing unwavering support, resources, and opportunities for over 1,400 refugees in the UK. • Solving Urgent Social Needs: Facilitating The Good Drones initiative to unite people in manufacturing drones for humanitarian needs in Ukraine. • Building a Future where social enterprises are at the forefront of global change: With U-Future, I aim to empower the Ukrainian community in the UK to become agents of positive change contributing significantly to both the UK and Ukrainian societies, and inspiring a global movement of social entrepreneurship.
