Being a SaT professional, my aim is to deliver tailored advice attuned to my clients’ needs – helping them drive competitive advantage and maximise their returns through specialised services. As a Senior Manager, I have provided transaction advisory services to a range of clients including private investors, HNWI, governments, and financial institutions and worked on cross-border projects with teams in Greece, US, Malta, Italy, Germany, and Czech Republic.

Projects and duties include:
• Buy/Sell-side financial due diligence investigations for potential mergers and acquisitions with a focus on banking, tourism & hospitality, healthcare, education, and SaaS sectors. Key aims consist of analysing business drivers, quality of earnings and assets, and critical deal issues to assist clients achieve optimum value for money investments. Present key findings and recommendations in detailed reports, accompanied by visuals and narrative. 
• Independent business plan reviews on behalf of lenders to assess the future financial performance of a company or new project and its wider viability. Work also involved competitor analysis, review of commercial performance etc.  
• Commercial due diligence, extensive market research and operational/performance benchmarking for new business ventures or diversification initiatives.
• Multiple project and stakeholder management, constant communication with local and overseas clients and their representatives, and maintaining client relationships at the highest level.
• Liaising on a daily basis with top local leadership to provide progress updates on key projects, discuss planning issues, and optimise resources and staff allocation according to deadlines and project importance.  
• Coaching and leading teams of junior and senior staff by providing induction, on-the-job training, work review and assistance. Appointed as counsellor to numerous team members and responsible for their development.

As a senior member of the Audit department, I was engaged in a variety of financial audits and consulting services for companies and organisations in industries such as Construction, Electronics, Sports and Pharmaceuticals. I was also involved in audits of both public and privately-owned companies, offshore investment holding companies and provident funds of the whole planning procedures up to the completion stage. 

Duties include:
• Conducting audits to gain an understanding of how clients are performing financially. 
• Identifying areas requiring improvement for increased performance and prepare management letters to communicate these issues to clients.
• Liaising with the client's bankers and directors as well as the senior management of my engagement team.
• Ensuring adequate and straightforward documentation is obtained to support my conclusions and enable managers to review the audit findings in an efficient manner.
• Producing and reviewing end-of-year statutory Financial Statements in accordance with I.F.R.S.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and I.C.A.E.W. Ethical Principles at all stages of my employment.

• Assisted in a tax project assigned to the firm by the European Committee which required my interaction with leading Cyprus firms in a range of business fields such as auto-motive, financial advisory, retail and construction.
• Assisted in the audit and preparation of client financial statements and contributed in the work of  departments such as Audit, Tax, Financial Advisory and Consulting.
