It involved extensive interactions with rural customers and field staff across various branches and also with professionals working in this domain to arrive on a feasible cashless solution to improve customer experience and overall operational efficiency of the company.

Working under the E- Chilli Bazar project of Spices board, my responsibilities include - 
1. Mapping of comprehensive list of expectations of spice growers towards formation of spice growers society to facilitate better information dissemination to the producers and create direct linkages between exporters and the growers , thus eliminating the role of middleman. This would lead to better price realization for the producers,
2. Listing of exporter expectations and attitude towards spice grower societies and estimate the requisite quantity and quality of spices they expect producers to deliver
3. Performing a GAP analysis between expectations of spice producers and exporters
4. Estimation of the amount of premium the producers expect for their produce and their attitude towards organic farming and other value added opportunities
5. In-depth analysis of the existing spice grower societies and suggest a list of inputs to rejuvenate the grower societies and assist in the formation of more societies.

Conducted an exploratory study of the village of Baligaon (Bihar) to understand the village life and the various socio-economic as well as cultural and political factors that influence the rural community
Also studided MGNREGA’s contribution towards sustainable development using Fuzzy Cognitive Mapping with focus on understanding the perceptions of rural community about the effects of MGNREGA and how it has affected their lives. It involved extensive interactions with the rural community as well as the government officials for understanding the current status of the scheme and the past work done under it.
I also undertook a study of all the livelihoods in the village and the impact of Government and Non-Government institutions in existing rural market linkages. Focus on studying linkages of existing livelihoods and their impact on socio-economic conditions of the rural community. It also included recommending one livelihood activity on which the organization can focus by providing assistance of any sort to the community.
