Responsibilities:
Actively listen to residents, promptly addressing any issues related to their property or living experience.

Foster a strong presence, ensuring residents know you, by being readily available and proactive.

Being visible and contactable you will foster collaboration with residents, managing agents, contractors, and internal colleagues to collectively solve problems, taking ownership until resolution.

Collaborate internally and externally to identify areas of improvement, both in yourself and in the services provided, contributing to an ever evolving positive environment.

Be a service charge expect, effectively setting and managing budgets and communicating  with residents.

Conduct thorough investigations, providing transparent and well-documented resolutions e.g. ASB cases.

Collaborate with building or property managers to enhance the resident experience.

Undertake estate inspections to ensure our places are maintained to a high standard ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with internal repairs and planned colleagues to maintain excellent places and plan and deliver improvements.

Effectively manage the managing agents to ensure they are fulfilling their obligations, and 
their costs are fair and can be justified to our residents.

Responsibilities:
Guiding Customers Through Delivery Process: Lead customers through the delivery process ensuring a seamless experience from order placement to vehicle handover.

Customised Ownership Solutions: Validate and adjust purchase solutions designed by Tesla Advisors to suit individual customer needs, ensuring a successful delivery process.

Customer Support and Expertise: Utilize delivery expertise to assist customers with financing, trade-ins, and registration, ensuring a smooth and timely delivery.

Communication and Expectation Setting: Regularly communicate with customers, providing updates on delivery timelines, addressing questions, and setting the right expectations.

Documentation and Process Adherence: Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required documentation, closely adhering to processes for speedy revenue recognition and cash collection.

Team Collaboration: Coordinate with various Tesla teams including Delivery Experience and Service teams to provide a seamless customer experience.

Customer Satisfaction and Issue Resolution: Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any delivery-related issues promptly and effectively.

Performance Targets: Meet or exceed delivery targets and performance metrics, contributing to the overall success of the sales and delivery team.

Documentation and Tracking: Accurately track and update customer details and actions in internal systems, ensuring data integrity.

Sales and Delivery Specialist for EMEA Delivery

Responsibilities:
Liaising with customers and or companies to schedule a delivery
Diary management
Obtaining signed finance documents and obtaining final payments
Conducting identity checks
Problem solving deliveries to ensure deliveries are completed whilst maintaining customer experience
Manage customer concerns
External third-Party Carrier communication
Tracking on the day deliveries on internal systems and external portals
Obtain delivery documents to ensure compliance
Manage day-to-day operations, whilst recommending and driving necessary process improvements
Analyse and monitor trends of processes
Ensure all internal processes are compliant and report any potential irregularities

Responsibilities:
Manage, mentor and coach your team to be best in class, delivering fantastic service for our customers 
Monitor objectives and key results, ensuring these are tracked and reported on weekly with continuous improvement measures in place 
Drive innovation within your team to find efficiencies and improve customer experience 
Work cross-functionally with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve response times 
Monitor the installation of second-generation smart meters, tracking on completion levels and driving our installers performance 
Act as a key point of contact for our installers, service providers and other third parties

Provide support for comprehensive financial planning clients by gathering data, developing financial plan analysis and scenarios, packaging and posting meeting materials, and managing meeting notes and action items.
Provide support for investment management clients by preparing and participating in client meetings, managing meeting notes and action items. 
Attend and observe client meetings.
Prepare financial plan updates for specified clients.
Assist in helping complete action items for clients.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for taking escalated complaints
Ensuring all tools are available for agents to complete their roles
Reporting on KPI’s to client and management team
Reporting end of night communications and figures to client and management
Reporting any performance issues to management in a timely fashion
