Since AI is evolving every day, learning these core principles is incredibly valuable.

3️⃣ Jeff Su

Jeff’s videos are full of energy. The visuals and sound effects are brilliant and keep your attention the whole time. 

He focuses on practical content. You can apply what you learn right away. 

His explanations are structured and data-driven. This makes the content more appealing and easy to digest.

4️⃣ AI2Play

This channel focuses on creativity and imagination. It’s all about reviewing and explaining AI tools for images, videos, animation, and music. 

This creator tests every possible feature of each tool. You will really understand what’s possible with AI.

Practical AI tactics that save startups time and money | Zero breathless hype

If you have kids, let them try this AI game developed by Google and Stanford.

It teaches kids how to use AI and make scientific decisions within a real project scenario.

I tried it myself and it’s brilliant.

In the first level, for example, players have to decide where to build a small market stall in a flood-prone town.

But instead of guessing, kids collect local data, clean it, and even learn what to do when there’s too much data.

At one point, when I told the game to “let AI clean the data,” it replied: “That won’t work.” 

Then it guided me through how to use the data to predict flooding in different areas.

And honestly, even if you are not a student, you should give it a try.

It’s a fun, engaging way to build your AI mindset.

1️⃣Vibe Coding 101 with Replit

It’s very introductory. It walks you through the basics while also explaining the “why” behind vibe coding, not just the “what.” 

The course is about 1.5 hours long. By the end you’ll build a small project. You’ll walk away with real hands-on experience and a sense of accomplishment.

2️⃣ Anthropic’s YouTube channel

Claude, Anthropic’s AI, is the best model for programming. 

Their YouTube channel is a goldmine. You’ll find practical demonstrations as well as deep dives into AI programming concepts and ways of thinking.

3️⃣ Andrej Karpathy’s talk: Software in the Era of AI

You can find this talk on Y Combinator’s YouTube channel. 

Karpathy explains how to take an idea and turn it into working software.

You will also learn how to sell what you build. It’s especially valuable if you’re an entrepreneur who wants to use vibe coding to create products people actually want.

This is my reaction to Sora 2.

So many people are using it to recreate copyrighted scenes from films and video games, declaring it’s the end of Hollywood.

I am not against AI at all. Most of my work involves it.

But some AI cheerleaders dream of a future where nothing truly new ever emerges again. 

They want a future where every scene we see, every sentence we hear is created by AI, which fuses the creativity of all creators throughout history and repeatedly re-edits and re-produces it.

They don't want any creativity, any originality. They just want repetition. Yesterday’s imagination repackaged again and again.

They are cheering for the end of human vibrancy.

They want to see an era where plastic bags fly higher than birds.

YouTube is the most underrated platform for entrepreneurs.

And I didn’t realise it until I discovered how a programmer named Vasco Monteiro built an AI writing tool doing $70,000/month...

using almost nothing but YouTube.

When most people think of YouTube, they think of entertainment. 

But Vasco used it as a business engine. He built a repeatable system that anyone could copy. 

Here’s how he did it (and what you can steal): 👇

1️⃣ Build a money-making content machine

He divided his videos into 3 types:

1. Evergreen videos – like tool comparisons or tutorials that stay relevant for years
2. Trending videos – reacting to new SEO updates
3. Viral videos – hard to nail, but explosive when they hit

Together, they built awareness, trust, and traffic 24/7.

Why YouTube?

Because Vasco found that it’s the only platform that lets your audience know, like, and trust you, all at once.

Watch someone’s videos for 20 minutes, and it feels like you’ve met them in person.

2️⃣ Clone yourself

One person can only record so many videos.

So Vasco launched multiple YouTube channels, under names like Vasco’s SEO Tips, Tim the SEO Guru, Arvow, etc.

Then he hired creators from Upwork to host content for him.

Not influencers. Just freelancers who had a short video in their profile (meaning they were comfortable on camera).

He even went multilingual, creating Portuguese and Spanish channels, just like MrBeast’s global playbook.

You can now do this with AI, too. You no longer have to hire people.

3️⃣ Amplify with paid ads

Vasco noticed a pattern. Most YouTube videos go up, plateau, then fade away.

But if a video once performed well. Why not bring it back to life?

He started running YouTube in-feed ads to his best-performing videos. They looked just like regular recommendations. So people clicked naturally.

Tracking ROI on YouTube is tough, but he came up with three clever tracking methods:

 1. Unique UTM links in each video
 2. Custom discount codes
 3. “Where did you hear about us?” surveys

Now he could see exactly which videos printed money.

💡 Vasco also made an interesting discovery:

Most people don’t watch till the end. So instead of saying “check out our product” at the last second, he dropped clear CTAs right at the start and middle.

Conversions shot up as a result.

Plus, instead of vague lines like “Check out our website,” he gave specific instructions:

 “Click the chat button in the corner,” or “Try this feature now.”

🤖 If you are building an AI product, you don’t have to chase trends on LinkedIn or Twitter.

YouTube can be your biggest growth engine.

NVIDIA’s Jensen Huang says the real winners of the AI era won’t be office workers, but electricians, plumbers, and carpenters.

He believes the skilled trades sector in every economy will experience a boom. The expansion of AI data centres will require continuous growth, "doubling, doubling, and doubling every year."

These jobs have one key advantage: they’re hard to automate. 

And that means they’ll stay in demand for a long time.

AI has completely changed the way I learn difficult things, and I don’t think I can go back.

For the past few months, I’ve been using Google’s Gemini and NotebookLM to study. The results have been game-changing.

Here’s how I use them 👇

1️⃣ Learning a new topic

Instead of spending hours Googling, I use Gemini’s Deep Research.

I feed it the topic I want to learn. Gemini first breaks it down to six to eight ministeps. I can add anything missing or highlight what I want to focus on.

Once I confirm, it usually takes about 5–10 minutes to generate results.

The result it generates is fantastic. 

It first builds an overall concept, then breaks it into parts, searches online for relevant materials, understands them, and compiles everything into a structured and detailed research report.

2️⃣ Understanding a book or paper

When I struggle to understand a book or paper, I turn to NotebookLM. 

I upload the entire book, and ask it to create summaries, mind maps, study guides, quizzes, and even podcasts. 

For instance, I recently read C. G. Jung’s book Psychology of the Unconscious. After reading it, I didn’t feel I got much out of it.  

So, I turned to NotebookLM. I asked it to list out all the important points in the book, and give examples of how I could apply the book’s ideas in my own life.

You can also chat to explore ideas you don’t understand fully.

3️⃣ Reviewing during spare moments

I listen to podcasts created by NotebookLM or take quizzes on Gemini.

The quizzes in Gemini are also extremely useful. They help you truly test your grasp of the material. 

You can generate as many questions as you like, and the interface includes progress tracking, feedback, explanations, and summaries.

I hope my methods give you some useful ideas.

If you want to make money with AI, there are really only two viable routes:

1️⃣ Route 1: Have a main skill outside of AI. 

It could be copywriting, ads, UGC, design, or anything else. Use AI to automate as much of your workflow as possible. 

This makes you faster, cheaper, and more effective than competitors who don’t use AI.

2️⃣ Route 2: Become an actual engineer. 

Learn to code, build systems, and push them into production. 

This is the technical route, but it opens the door to building real AI products.

The worst place to be is stuck in the middle:

✅ You know how to prompt and use no-code tools like n8n
✅ But you don’t know any industry deeply
✅ So you don’t understand the specific problems businesses are desperate to solve

That “middle zone” won’t allow you to make any serious money.

One sentence from former Google CEO Eric Schmidt’s latest interview made me pause mid-work: “AI is like electricity and fire.”

That’s a fantastic metaphor.

⚡️ Think back to when electricity was first discovered. How many people could’ve imagined it would completely transform civilisation?

🔥 Same with fire. From sparks to steam engines, every breakthrough redefined the limits of what humans could do. 

Schmidt also said: “The next 10 years will decide the next 100.”

At first, that sounds exaggerated. But the more I see AI evolve, the more it rings true. The pace of AI’s development has already outstripped most expectations. 

Last year, we were debating whether ChatGPT could write decent code. This year, almost no one is doubting its ability.

As someone using AI tools daily, I can tell you: the change is real.

⏳ A research article that used to take me half a day now takes ~2 hours with AI. Productivity more than doubled.

But here’s the question: 

👉 If everyone can work this fast, where does true competitive advantage come from?

My answer: Deep thinking and problem-solving ability. AI can surface information, crunch data, and generate text. 

But deciding what matters, and turning it into real-world solutions, is still a human skill.

Schmidt’s “10 years define 100” comment is a wake-up call. This isn’t the time to debate whether to use AI. It’s time to figure out how to use it well, and how to carve out your place in this wave of change.

✅ For professionals, my advice is simple:

Stop waiting. Start using AI tools now. You don’t need to master everything. Just begin with the most repetitive, time-consuming parts of your job.

1️⃣ Operations teams can use AI to optimise copywriting and analyse data.
2️⃣ Product managers can use it to rapidly prototype and synthesise user feedback.
3️⃣ Developers can let AI help debug code or write documentation.

Treat AI as your super-assistant, not a threat. 

People who know how to use the tools will always be more valuable than the tools themselves.

In the next decade, AI will become as ubiquitous as electricity and as transformative as fire. 

The sooner you adapt, the more control you’ll have over your future.

This is the fastest and cheapest way to launch a web app in 2025.

It requires zero programming knowledge.

Here’s the simple system I use:

1️⃣ Register on Lovable ($0–25/month)

I’ve been experimenting with Lovable, and honestly… I’m blown away. 

Unlike many AI tools, Lovable sets up both the frontend and backend. That means even if you don’t know how to code, you can still spin up a working product that looks and feels professional.

2️⃣ Connect to GitHub ($0): Think of GitHub as a cloud folder. Read the instructions Lovable provides and connect your GitHub account. 

After that, you can basically forget about it.

3️⃣ Sign up for Supabase ($0) and connect it to Lovable: Supabase manages the data and user info your website stores. 

For example, you can start by adding a blog and user login. Just tell Lovable to create a blog page and store blog data. Then ask it to add login, and it will do it nicely. 

Other than the initial setup, you barely need to go back to Supabase afterwards.

4️⃣ Add Google Analytics script and optimise SEO ($0): Just tell Lovable to do it. 

You only need to copy the scripts from Google Analytics and Search Console into Lovable. It will automatically put them in the right places.

5️⃣ At this point, you’re basically done. If you don’t need a fancy domain, you can just share the project link from Lovable. 

If you want a custom domain, you can get one from Namecheap. It will cost ~$10. Once you’ve got a domain, just follow the official docs to connect it to Vercel. It will take 2 minutes.

That’s it. For the price of lunch, you’ve got a functional, shareable, good-looking web app.

This is easily the cheapest + fastest + most beginner-friendly setup. If you’re a solo founder or indie hacker, this is worth a weekend experiment.

Most people type random questions into ChatGPT and hope for magic.

But the best answers come when you give it structure.

Here are 5 prompt frameworks that work:

1️⃣  Role + Goal

Tell ChatGPT who it is and what you want.

“You are a [role, e.g., financial coach]. My goal is [outcome, e.g., save $500/month]. Walk me through a 30-day plan step by step.”

👉 Why it works: Narrowing the role focuses tone and perspective. Defining the goal prevents vague advice.

2️⃣ 5Q Clarifier 

Ask ChatGPT to ask you 5 clarifying questions before giving an answer.

“Before answering, ask me 5 clarifying questions. Then provide a tailored solution with examples.”

👉 Why it works: ChatGPT pulls better context from you first, so the final answer feels like it was written for you.

3️⃣ Options → Compare → Decide 

Use when choosing between paths.

“Give me 3 different approaches to [problem]. Compare them side by side (pros, cons, risks). End by recommending the best option based on my constraints.”

👉 Why it works: Forces the model into structured thinking instead of dumping a wall of text.

4️⃣ Iterative Refiner

Don’t settle for the first draft.

“Give me a rough draft of [X]. Then, based on my feedback, refine it in 3 iterations: 1) Expand ideas, 2) Make it concise, 3) Polish for tone.”

👉 Why it works: Breaks big tasks into steps, mimicking how humans draft, edit, and finalise.

5️⃣ Checklist Builder 

Turn vague ideas into action steps.

“Turn [goal or task] into a step-by-step checklist with timelines, tools needed, and common mistakes to avoid.”

👉 Why it works: Converts abstract ideas into something you can actually execute today.

Ranking on Google takes months. 

But you can rank on ChatGPT in just a few days.

1️⃣ Figure out which questions you want to rank for

Look at your search data. 

What keywords are already working for you in Google? Which ones are your competitors buying in ads? 

Turn those keywords into questions. You can even ask ChatGPT to do it. 

Also, add the questions you hear on sales calls and in customer support.

2️⃣ Set up a tracking system.

Just like there are SEO keyword trackers, there are dozens of AEO trackers. 

Sign up for a cheap one. Track who’s showing up for those questions and where you land.

3️⃣ Create landing pages that answer follow-up questions

Tracking will show you what types of pages are surfacing. 

Are they listicles, tool pages, long-form guides or category pages? You need to find that out and create your own.

But don’t just copy. You need to make something better. 

You need to build pages that not only answer the main question but also answer the follow-ups a user might ask. 

To find follow-up questions, go back to your search data and look for groups and themes of your keywords that are in your SEO topic.

4️⃣ Launch an off-site strategy

The more places ChatGPT can find you, the better.

If you’ve got a budget, pay authority sites like Forbes or Investopedia to mention you. If you don’t, target smaller sites.

Make YouTube videos that talk about your product, product features, etc.

Join conversations on Reddit. Choose high-quality subreddits, answer relevant questions, and let your product be part of the solution.

5️⃣ Experiment with what works and what doesn’t

Most information about AEO isn’t correct. People say something vaguely correct, and it gets repeated thousands of times.

So you need to do your own experiment. You need to track what works and what doesn’t.

⌛ You can really show up in ChatGPT in a very short time

Google takes months to notice you. But that’s not the case with ChatGPT.
If you launch a new product and it sparks some buzz, you can start showing up in chat within days.

So create a good off-site strategy.
