-	Ensure that there is effective assessment of candidates based on their skills, experiences and advise the appropriate interview / hiring recommendations.

-	Identify the bottlenecks in recruitment and selection process; advise on best practices and how the level of Talent Acquisition can be elevated.

-	Conduct the hiring manager and new hire satisfaction survey in order to help solidifying the process and onboard enhancements to the existing processes.

-	Through metrics create reports and identify areas of improvement.

-	Assure new employee orientation/onboarding programs are kept up-to-date and accurate information is provided to the new joinees.

-	Ensure that the onboarding of the newly hired employees is in a smooth and seamless fashion.

-	Be a Brand Ambassador of GM at all times.
