UNCORKED THE FUNNEL DELIVERING MILLIONS IN NEW OPPORTUNITY Defined and delivered a globally scaled lead management program within nine months of arriving at STMicroelectronics which delivered thousands of new qualified leads resulting in $10M+ in new pipeline. ESTABLISHED THE FIRST ALWAYS ON MARKETING PROGRAMS FOR OFFICE 365 Successfully pitched the initial concept and funding for marketing automation/lead management in the Office division which led next to the execution where I defined the form strategy, persona definition, content strategy, messaging, funnel definitions, measurement and team alignment for the initial set of always-on marketing programs. CUSTOMER FIRST | FIRST RATE RESULTS Here are a few examples of how focus on the customer/buyer has delivered outstanding results: • Redirected the Hotmail engineering team to focus on improving metrics that customers cared about versus operational measures resulting in a 57% improvement in customer satisfaction • Anchored in customer research/input and insights, reshaped the office365.com B2B web site to align closer with the customer buyer journey. The new site was supporting over $500M in online revenue when completed. • When defining always on marketing programs, they are grounded in deep buyer research combined with built in experimentation to ensure outcomes can be optimized quickly.
