Software development, consulting and shrink-wrapped software solutions. The company was founded in 2006. Initially, we focussed on Skype and related solutions and products.

Our first product was Pamela for Skype. Pamela provides easy Skype call recording and is used by millions of happy users worldwide. From 2006 till 2013 we built and maintained the popular Skype for Salesforce application. We also built solutions for eBay and Xing.

In 2007, we expanded our portfolio with the online solution PamFax (easy, online faxing worldwide) and our latest offering PamBill (easy invoicing for Jimdo/Shopify/Squarespace and Ricardo.ch).

PamBill is an online solution which solves a major problem for those using shops from Jimdo, Squarespace, Shopify or Ricardo.ch PamBill will allow for easy order import and then legally correct invoice generation. In addition, PamBill offers a full set of additional functions to help merchants be more productive.

Our main office is in Unterschleißheim (in near Munich in Germany) with an affiliated office in Minsk, Belarus.

I was the initial founder of the Attachmate office in Frankfurt/M. and developed it within three years to be the branch office with the strongest revenue and growth. Then I moved to Düsseldorf and setup a branch office for Attachmate. Hired a performing team and together we were able to build the business to outgrow the office in Frankfurt. After three years I was asked to help with the transition of the sales model from direct to indirect, I did this from the Munich HQ of Attachmate. This allowed me to gain experience with distribution channels.

PamBill offers a wide range of features to help shop owners be more efficient. PamBill is fully GDPR-compliant and offers a variety of VAT support options, as well as the new One-Stop-Shop VAT reporting in the EU.
