Over 20+ years, in 30+ countries and cultures, I helped hundreds of companies, from very small to very large, in setting up sound internal controls and risk-based compliance processes. I conducted innumerable internal audits, investigated fraud, and trained thousands of the people on all things ethics, compliance and anti-fraud. All that in my four working languages German, English, French, Dutch.
