Personal ‘Go Live’ rate for new customers of 98% 8 weeks after sale.

Responsible for assisting the General Manager in the Operation and Management of a restaurant with an annual turnover of £2.5m.

Solo shifts managing up to 20 Staff during peak business hours. Duties include simultaneously managing customer experience and expectations, stock levels, staffing levels as per business needs, and merchandising of restaurant to ensure maximisation of profit by driving sales and controlling costs whilst ensuring the customer feels like the primary focus.

Where necessary, sent to cover other restaurants in the region with different demands and trends. This is usually with a new team I have no experience of, with the same expectations and success as my home restaurant, demanding extreme flexibility and adaptability as well as a need to create a rapport quickly and easily.

Away from day to day running of the restaurant, high emphasis on Operational standards, staff training and development including reviews/disciplinary meetings, stock orders and networking with local organisations.

Good knowledge of Profit & Loss reports, and identifying trends within the business quickly to improve efficiency and profit margins.
