•	Athlete feedback is very important and I usually am informed of injuries and issues with certain things that aggravate it that when making these calls.
•	 This process has helped to develop the coach-athlete relationship so you can tailor the program to the athlete optimally.

•	Involved in altitude training systems using the Watt Bike and appropriate oxygen sensor equipment. 
•	Assisting with planning of athletics trips to eastern states events for national championships and gift running events.
•	Assist in organising fundraising events for the athletics to club, this is to provide financial assistance for athletes going to compete in National level competitions in other states.
