Developed all headquarter policy on the use of WRM equipment. Developed equipment and consumables prepositioning and programming requirements. Coordinated requirements with AF units, special operation forces, and other components.

Logistics Readiness Officer - United States Air Forces Central Command

Selected to lead several supply sections directly supporting equipment aircraft maintenance production and ensure proper receipt, storage and issue of supplies.  Managed mission-capable aircraft parts requisitioning for six weapon systems and aircraft engines.

• Directly supervised one officer and two senior enlisted personnel led 11 diverse supply sections   consisting of 124 personnel and seven sections directly supporting on-and-off equipment aircraft maintenance production.

• Sustained 10 Mobility Readiness Spares Packages (MRSP) valued at more then $300 million, 10,000 mobility bags and 2,200 9 mm/m-16 weapons worth $3.5 million.

• Responsible for controlling 2,500 repair cycle aircraft parts and ensured proper receipt, storage and distribution of supplies worth approximately $577 million.

• Directed Lockheed Martin’s premier Air Force forward air refueling point operation and hot refueling course, doubling student output while maintaining 100% mission readiness for training and implementation.

• Motivated personnel to improve asset tracking, achieving 97% inventory accuracy in 2001; completion rate climbed from 46% to 74% in two months

• Relocated 400 additional parts to the flight line warehouse, decreasing delivery time by 10 minutes, decreasing maintenance time and allowing for faster and more frequent missions.

• Achieved various distinctions including winning best vehicle care program for four consecutive quarters, receiving an excellent rating for Operational Readiness Inspection and receiving an A+ rating for the Hazardous Materials Program from an external audit agency.

Logistics Readiness Officer - Hurlburt Field

Brought on to manage supply of aviation fuel and handle personnel issues.  Activities included coordinating delivery of ships with headquarters to ensure adequate inventory of aviation fuel, monitoring shipping status to ensure on-time delivery of fuel and creating work schedules to ensure coverage for a 24 hour work day.  Advised base commander on fuel statistics and worked with engineers to ensure tank projects were proceeding on schedule.  Coordinated maintenance and repair of military construction upgrade programs.

• Managed 68 personnel at the second largest fuel depot in the United States Air Force, storing and distributing an inventory in excess of 50 million gallons of fuel valued at more than $40 million.

• Identified aging hydrant refueling system and obtained $250 million to upgrade system.

• Adroitly directed operations of five-ton liquid oxygen production plant to support base requirements by setting prudent and equitable cryogenic prices based on historical production plant maintenance costs.

• Successfully coordinated with Secret Service personnel to successfully refuel Air Force One at Won Pat International Airport for President Clinton’s trip to Guam.  Flawless operation earned recognition from the president’s aircraft commander.
