Manager Retail Initiatives

I travel the country weekly leading various projects within the company’s Physical Retail store spaces. I lead the Store Manager and their new team members through the new store setup process in 5 or 10 days. I walk into a empty building and oversee the fixture build from ground up, planograming, and the first day or two of freight flow. Other duties include pre-project visits to project stores that may be slated for remodels, retrofits, relocations, and smaller projects; as well as post-project visits.
