Growing, developing, learning is a huge part of oneself to becoming the best version of you. If you can adapt and focus on supporting any given situation then you have already won. There is always give and take at any given moment. Be open to any and all situations. Listening is more important than speaking. You need to hear what people have say and appreciate that we all bring our own uniqueness to the table. That is what makes a team and an amazing brand. Creativity, dynamics and accountability are also a huge part of an organization. Be willing to sit back and absorb all input without being judgmental is also crucial. And most importantly, leave your ego at the door prior to entering any organization.
