Represent the company and the local operation at industry seminars, trade shows and other functions. Compile monthly billing and allocation reports along with inventory tracking and project status reports throughout a 28-county territory. 

--Subdivision Consultant. I coordinate state required applications for clearance to market and sell subdivided properties. Work with developers, customers, attorneys, engineers, budget preparers, escrow and title representatives, and the State Bureau of Real Estate. Research and compile information relative to real estate offerings. From the beginning planning stage and throughout construction, I assist in the sales efforts and planning of the development. We handle Standard subdivisions, Condos, Planned Developments, TIC, Mixed Use, and Stock Co-op style developments. I can navigate the project through the Bureau of Real Estate thoroughly, accurately, and quickly.

-- Lot Line Adjustment Escrow Officer; prepare deeds and reconveyance documents; coordinate with banks and lenders to orchestrate modifications to the current legal description of property. Work with city and county personnel to change parcel maps and numbers. Coordination of signings and recordings; From start to finish of the property line adjusting and merging process for both commercial and residential properties anywhere within the state of California.

Owner of a full-service, mobile, Off-Road and Performance auto parts retailer and installer. I managed all aspects of day to day business activities.  Create and implement business plan; conduct all business communications; Sales & Marketing; electronic media, social media; product research; pricing; shipping; trade shows; and sale of aftermarket automotive accessories and customization equipment.  Perform installations of off-road, performance, styling, and racing equipment on customer’s vehicles, including custom made and designed accessories.  Develop, market, and plan regular off-road excursions to various off-road parks and other customer-based activities and interactions. Shipping; Receiving; Inventory accountability; Bookkeeping and accounting. Build relationships with other local businesses and create joint sales tasks to build a larger customer base.

Provide law enforcement services and protection to the Department, and the people of Coalinga.  Active designated lead officer for the Traffic and DUI enforcement team – managed court reporting and maintenance of all Traffic and DUI enforcement equipment. Plan, design, and implement undercover operations as well as checkpoint operations. A team member of a high risk enforcement unit - Numerous executions of high risk, tactical search and arrest warrants. Off-road enforcement team member. Experiences in public speaking, event coordinating, interrogation, persuasion, and trainer of new officers and volunteers. Lead officer in charge of Volunteer and Community outreach program, including the Citizens on Patrol program. Lead and conduct a traffic safety class for children under 18. Special training under Education, below; numerous certificates of completion of advanced training classes.

-Infantry Mortarman and small unit squad leader in charge of a four man unit together with the weapon systems. Inventory and maintenance responsibility of all weapon systems, including personal and crew-served. Accountable for subordinate personnel activity, both on and off duty.
-Battalion Representative: Death and Wounded notifications: While stationed at Camp Pendleton with an injury, I assisted the Regiment Headquarters personnel in death and wounded notifications to the families, and represented the Battalion at funeral services for my fallen Marines.

Special training includes:
-T.R.A.P. (Tactical Rescue of Aircraft & Personnel) School: Non-verbal communication skills; evasion techniques; spotting and tracking skills; squad formation; hostage negotiation, concealment, demolition of classified material, aircraft mechanics.
-Advanced Infantry Mortarman School:  Concentration on teambuilding and leadership skills; operation of mortar equipment under all weather and geo conditions; strategic planning for various warfare environments; techniques for increasing productivity and efficiency in personnel deployments;

Team building; leadership; communication; efficiency; advanced first aid; field survival; thorough understanding of all weapons used by the Marine Corps Infantry, including assembly and disassembly of all weapons.

Specializing in the DRE Process and Consulting, Scott handles full caseloads of filings that range from small parcel maps to large multi-phase condominiums.  Scott works closely with staff personnel who coordinate DRE filings, to provide training and support, and to ensure that exceptional customer service levels are in place. He maintains a strong foundation of title knowledge and has worked extensively on title projects such as mapping and lot line adjustments.  His insights into title insurance requirements allows him to foresee and solve issues that could otherwise prove to be problematic in a BRE filing.  He is a known problem-solver and possesses a strong commitment to excellent customer service.
