Leveraged metrics, data, and analytics to help with driving solutions & assessing strategic impact of current strategies. Responsible for leading a staff of four HR members with responsibility for HR Strategy & Employee Relations to a 555-bed facility with over 2,500 Employees & 185 Leaders.

Served as the HR leader to 19 members of the Management Team and 8 Executive Leaders. Responsible for the HR strategy and all HR functions for BIG YAM The Parsons Agency, Sneaky Big Studios, AZ Spooky Fast, YAMWOOD Foundry, YAM Properties, YAM Capital, and YAM Headquarters. Worked closely with the HR Director to implement and maintain an effective HR strategy for each of the assigned companies. Partnered with staff and leaders to maintain a positive and highly productive work environment.

Senior HR Manager

HonorHealth

Served as a trusted and collaborative Director, Senior HR Business Partner to the Regional CEO, Hospital Executive Team, and the Hospital Clinical & Non-Clinical Management Teams. Provided HR leadership and alignment support across the organization and focused primarily on ensuring that the strategies and programs of the Medical Center were aligned with the corporate culture and business initiatives of HonorHealth. Formulated the HR strategy, managed and investigated all the employee relations and ensured the provision of HR generalist support to over 1400 staff with 24-hour coverage. Mentored & managed 2 exempt staff members who were responsible for employee relations and employee engagement within HonorHealth facilities.

Director, Senior HR Business Partner

United States Army

2004-2008 Supported the 2nd Battalion 12th Field Artillery Regiment's leadership with a broad range of HR functions, including training soldiers, administering benefits, overseeing legal tracker, and managing HR records. Responsible for leading 4 soldiers assigned to the HR section.

2008-2013 Served in a dual role as 1st Platoon Sergeant and HR Manager for the 6253rd United States Army Hospital. Provided support to Military Leadership by executing a broad range of HR functions. Trained soldiers, administered benefits, and oversaw the legal tracker. Maintained all of the HR records and was responsible for leading 46 soldiers assigned to 1st Platoon.
