I have a proven track record of delivering revenue in a high growth environment. Over an 8-year period I grew a sales team within a Digital agency from 2 heads, delivering £1m of new business per annum, to the current team of 12 delivering £9m in the last 12-month period. 

This growth was driven by strategy changes which moved the focus to larger enterprise (Tier 1) clients and an associated 100% increase in customer AOV. This required a different sales approach to engage these prospects and drive the large logo wins.  As this area grew it was also important to continue to engage & retain the wider  client base whose volume still account for significant portion of recurring revenue.
