I am privileged to be leading the Facility Management and Maintenance activities at the Coast Bastion Hotel.  The Premiere Hotel and Business meeting centre on central Vancouver Island. 

Within this Iconic full service Hospitality property, I am engaged in applying recognised Facility Management standards and the long range planning of Preventative Maintenance. I am also managing the coordination of Hard Services activities during upcoming building lifecycle recapitalisation.
 
I look forward to promoting and initiating ongoing Facility Sustainability improvements.

Managing the facility related issues of a new state of the the art P3 Arctic Airport Terminal (LEED Silver) and substantial related support facilities. Involvement includes building commissioning , training, maintenance planning , life cycle planning and Energy Management.

As part of the Shell Real Estate Team , I managed the facilities maintenance function of the non production facilities at the Albian mine site and Village. I ensured the delivery of service provided by the prime facility management contractor as well as other support contractors. I coordinated the provision of facility services to support Mine operations . The portfolio is in excess 500,000 square feet includes office space , industrial buildings and industrial trailer office accommodation.

As General Manager based in Edmonton Alberta , I managed a diverse portfolio of properties located in Nunavut . These properties included prime government office space , housing , a small hotel, a warehouse and other corporate assets. 

Duties included , lease negotiation , maintenance management, recapitalization planning and purchasing , seasonal logistic planning and staff management
