Led and managed the largest FinTech payment provider in Iraq.  Monitored performance against company business plans and strategies to ensure all company and shareholder targets for growth were met. Spearheaded operational programs to accomplish strategic priorities. Established and led the cross-functional coordination of the entire ecosystem.  Led implementation of strategic processes and procedures to drive proper quality measures, best practices, optimization, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
•	Improved business valuation from $200M to $1B by streamlining and monetizing operations.
•	Increased revenue by 4x (from $40M to $220M), and total economic value by 5x through successful execution of business initiatives, sales growth, and operational optimization.
•	Improved profit margins from 31% to 64% by streamlining operations and improving service levels.
•	Boosted customer base from 4M to 7.5M improving recurring revenue and sales growth for the company, adding more than 75 major accounts to the client base.
•	Grew Merchant account network from 7K to 15K creating nationwide footprint.
•	Led and managed cross-functional teams of more than 1,000 employees and 15,000 agents channel to oversee daily operations and achieve set targets.

•	Senior Consultant – Ministry of Construction and Housing. Iraq: Managed business transformation, including training and building of State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) leadership in business planning, sales, and performance management to reform state-owned companies and increase operational efficiencies.
•	Senior Executive Consultant – Ministry of Oil. Iraq: Reorganized HR, finance, and asset management functions in the ministry to increases asset utilization and integrate complex data to create understanding across entire asset life cycle.
•	Senior Consultant -- Ministry of Industry and Minerals. Iraq: Delivered effective support for SOE along with preparation of budget and business capability building to drive financial stability.
•	Senior consultant–Ministry of Finance. Iraq: Mapped out proper asset valuation unit structure to carry out initial asset valuation of all SOE for Government of Iraq.
•	Senior Consultant–Education and Labor Market. Iraq: Established strategic initiatives for improving the alignment between labor market demand and educational supply.
•	Iraq – Mobile Telecommunication: Established and operated the program management office for a leading mobile operator. Involved in strategic initiative portfolio development and management for a renowned mobile operator. Engaged with IT planning and Governance managing the lifecycle process of building the enterprise infrastructure for the operator.
•	Iraq – Communication: Served as a second-tier advisor to minister of communications providing direct support to development and planning. Delivered training and coaching to senior MoC staff, and worked with the Minister's executive committee in aligning strategic objectives in accordance to Government protocols.
