Scott Robinson is a finance professional, qualified mindfulness meditation teacher and yoga teacher (500 RYT) and corporate wellbeing leader. Based in London and originally from Sydney, Australia, Scott’s background is in the financial sector in the City of London and helps to run the employee-led mindfulness and yoga sessions at Germany's biggest financial institution, Deutsche Bank in the UK. Scott currently offers his yoga classes at Ten Health & Fitness, one of London's leading boutique health and fitness providers. As a dedicated yoga student, Scott's training has led him to study with some of the leading teachers in the world including Tias Little, Jason Crandell, Bernie Clark and Nico Luce. Scott's principle style of yoga is vinyasa, however also offers more yin and somatic styles. Scott also offers yoga therapy as part of his services as well. His approach to mindfulness is a blend of foundational and more allopathic approaches, influenced by Zen and Tibetan Buddhism and those teachings under mindful-based stress reduction approaches as offered by Jon-Kabat Zinn. Scott also has a strong interest in Eastern and Western approaches to health and well-being, from TCM, and Ayurveda to more functional approaches to medicine.
