• Reduced marketing reinvestment from 38% to 28% including removal of over 20,000 in the data base who    were identified as ‘advantage’ or under performing 
• Introduced tiered players’ club that resulted in a 17% increase in net casino win from top 350 players
• Developed promotional strategy that increased average player ADT from $126 to $152
• Developed entertainment strategy for outdoor and indoor venues with a $3.6m budget
• Oversaw all marketing efforts related to casino-wide transition from cash-based rewards to free play
• Delivered and maintained 73% tracked (carded) play
