What major HR issue(s) are you struggling with? Companies engage me that are growing rapidly, going through chaos or a major pivot, or have reached a point where they will benefit from fractional senior leadership (can't justify hiring a full-time HR senior leader). My niche are companies with 20-500 employees, although I have supported companies up to 2,000. I have worked in start-ups and big companies on both coasts so I know various state employment laws. I usually report to the CEO, COO, or CFO. My style is collaborative and my focus is on how HR can help the company be successful. People that I have worked with describe me as personable, practical, innovative, business-minded and a thought-leaders. I bring both a strategic and tactical view of my role -- I am comfortable rolling up my sleeves to get things done. I bring over 25 years of HR experience, 10+ years at the Senior Leadership level so I know the dynamics of Executive Teams. Industries include: High-Tech, Manufacturing, Construction, Hardware, Professional Services, Med Devices, etc. I have experience in private, public, and PE companies. My knowledge spans all aspects of HR from Recruiting, Retention, Comp & Benefits, Org Design, Performance Management, Training, Vision/Culture, Compliance, M&A, Global Expansion, etc. I am certified as a Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) and Global Professional in HR (GPHR).
