Coiled enables Data Science and machine learning at scale. Most data science is done using Python, and having a data science ML platform that scales and satisfies all the DevOps requirements that IT needs had been hard to do - until now. We help individual data scientists burst to the cloud and manage their workloads seamlessly, and scale up to the Enterprise where we allow teams to share and manage workloads, work in a hybrid environment and provide the security, telemetry and reporting that IT requires. Responsible for Sales, Marketing and Operations at the company.

I was a member of the Enterprise Sales Team for Named Enterprise Accounts in the New York Metro Area. I also mentor and develop Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).

I exceeded quota every year (115% - 205%) under extremely challenging market conditions, and made President’s Club each of my 3 full years at the company. 

My team focuses on establishing "new logos." I opened 15 new accounts of 6-figure Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) since 2017. 

I mentor new reps and sales development representatives (SDRs). I helped develop the first two SDRs assigned to me so that they could be promoted to bigger roles.

I was hired into a startup division, focusing on industrial battery energy storage, to help build the business plan, pipeline, and initial product sales.

I led our worldwide customer development and sales efforts, leading up to the production launch of the battery. We closed sales ranging from $1 million to $5 million.

Evident Software

I was recruited to this established company as part of a turnaround effort. Pivoted to building Systems Management tools for the Big Data/NoSQL market.

I repositioned the product and the go-to-market strategy to focus on managing Big Data applications. We completed a product re-architecture in under 6 months and broadened the product focus.

We changed the distribution model from enterprise sales to freemium, and increased site visits and downloads by 10x in under 3 months. I raised $1M in venture capital funding, cut costs by over 30% and achieved our corporate revenue goals for 2010.

Bluenog

I co-founded this enterprise software and solutions business and owned sales, marketing, and operations, leading a team of 15. Bluenog won Red Herring 100 and Information Week Startup 50 awards.

I took the company from $0 revenue in 2006 to just under $10 million revenue by 2009. I contributed to the vision for our flagship development platform product and led our $4M venture funding raise.

Co-founder/COO

I was the first Sales Executive hired to lead the new product launch of WebLogic Enterprise Security (WLES).

HIGHLIGHTS:
* Closed the first 3 WLES deals, totaling over $1 million in revenue.
* Closed 16 new accounts over 3 years, achieved at least 125% of quota all 3 years, and won numerous performance and customer satisfaction awards.

I led US operations, including sales, marketing, business development, and professional services. Managed a team of 15.

HIGHLIGHTS:
* Increased the sales pipeline 300% by developing and implementing a new sales strategy.
* Generated $1.2 million revenue in 2002 (from no 2001 revenue) by rallying management around a new vision and plan of execution, repositioning and monetizing our flagship product, and repricing existing projects more competitively.
* Closed deals ranging from $10k to $750k with government and commercial enterprises.

Being an entrepreneurial leader and a teacher at heart, I pride myself on being a builder and coach of high-performance teams. I also have a deep understanding of technology and operations.

In 2013 I learned how to swim and completed my first triathlon. I have since done more than 20 triathlons including 1 Ironman, 5 Half-Ironmans, and over a dozen Olympic/Sprint triathlons.

Cobbler is a FinOps solution that allows Finance teams to work! Budget and headcount analysis/tracking, revenue/expense management, and with seamless collaboration with other departments and integrations into hundreds of common ERP/Financial/HR/CRM systems.
