B+T Group is a leading engineering and construction services firm providing structural engineering and telecommunications services to commercial, industrial and residential industries.

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
•	Implemented formal closing process and reduced time to close from 30 days to 10.
•	Addressed issues with Percentage of Completion revenue recognition, improving accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

Provided management consulting services to a Texas-based, $2B privately owned medical device company . Identified and implemented program-level cost savings initiatives that enabled the company to achieve EBITDA targets required by private equity investor groups.

•	Developed business case and proposal regarding buyout of royalty contracts - $4MM savings.
•	Executed project to transition sales vehicle fleet to a mileage reimbursement program – 3 year projected savings $1.8MM.

Provided Program/Project management consulting to the AT&T Business Intelligence Data Warehouse Alliance.  Managed operational deliverables for a large and complex BI/DW project involving consolidation of multiple, disparate data stores into a single data warehouse.

Directed integration of privately owned medical education company into a larger private equity owned entity during a period of rapid company growth.  Major challenge included discord between newly acquired, sales-driven company recently integrated into Ascend Media, which was a process and finance-driven entity.

Penloyd LLC

Revitalized operational and financial planning and analysis functions as member of turnaround team transitioning a newly acquired manufacturing company out of bankruptcy. Challenges included internal employee resistance and no prior purchasing and inventory departmental management experience.

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
• Increased product line margins 5% year-over-year by implementing operational improvement initiatives.
• Transformed inefficiently operating business operation into more profitable, productive organization.
• Despite no prior experience, created and led new purchasing and inventory management departments.

Served as FP&A manager for a newly created pump division in Tulsa.  Achieved doubled-digit expense reductions and profit growth by leading organic business expansion initiative.
