Currently, I am the Vice President of Rewards and Systems at Salesloft, a leading sales engagement platform that helps sales teams deliver better customer experiences and close more deals. As a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR), I have a proven track record of designing and implementing global, scalable, and competitive People and Total Reward programs and systems that align with the company's vision, values, and goals. I have also successfully managed talent acquisition, on-boarding, talent management, performance management, learning and organizational development, employee relations, and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, I have extensive experience in working with HRIS and data analytics, especially Workday, to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and drive insights. Further, as a board member of My Credit Union, I also leverage my expertise to advise and support the financial well-being of the community.
