I am fortunate to have trained well over 20,000 sales professionals on key selling skills like value propositions, elevator pitches, social selling, setting agendas and expectations on every customer interaction, qualification questions, discovery questions, driving commitment and urgency throughout the sales process, overcoming objections, negotiation and having the mindset of a super sales rep. In addition I have trained managers on how to become great coaches with knowing the 3 different types of coaching, how to coach effectively to increase skills, situational leadership, and how to leverage every rep interaction as a coaching opportunity. I love working with Executive leadership and Board members to advise them on GTM strategy and tactics to drive success with M&A diligence, post acquisition integration and organic growth opportunities to scale revenues and increase margins.
