Synode is an online platform that repurposes existing CAD data to create 3D presentations. Ideal for assembly instructions, service procedures, marketing assets and more.

The interactive platform can be used without specific technical design knowledge and allows the smooth creation of 3D animations and XR knowledge sharing. 

Our vision is to remove the barriers to knowledge transfer and make the experience of creating and consulting technical documentation simple, fun and close to the human experience.

•Generated USD $5,604,848 ARR in pipeline while in role which led to $1,535,946 ARR ($3,252,301 TCV) in closed won B2B SaaS deals through strategic outreach in Canada and the United States.

•Strategized alongside Customer Success counterparts to uncover potential areas of service expansion within assigned customer accounts, leading to 5 new enterprise expansion deals.

•Coordinated sales efforts with Country Managers across all 18 regional offices in Latin America, supporting customer efforts to expand into the region. 

•Worked directly with the COO to develop a strategic business development plan to expand our service offering to include three new geographic locations (El Salvador, Costa Rica, Mexico).

•Closed over $200K in new business through a mix of outbound and inbound activities and across two service offerings (legal & accounting).

• With a mission of expanding the company globally, I built relationships and increased sales in new international markets.

Canada's highest bungee jump! 

•Managed the operations of the jump site to ensure safety procedures were being followed.

•Ensured every jumper knew what to do and what not to do during the course of their jump, and answered any questions raised by the jumper. 

•Checked all bungee attachments and jumper equipment, and assisted the customer in making the leap.
