I know this because I’ve been a practising lawyer and I’ve worked alongside lawyers. We’re trained to handle the work in front of us - but that’s only part of the picture.  

When it’s time to win new clients, adopt value-based approaches, or take on leadership roles, there’s an assumption we’ll figure it out on our own.  

Crazy, right?  

Yet as responsibilities shift toward business development, pricing innovation, and leveraging technology, we’re not given the training we need.
