I'm a passionnate Chief Revenue Officier and I love exploring ways to improve revenue growth, either by learning new skills (Thanks Pavilion and Winning by Design) or leveraging my various experiences in SaaS and B2B sales. My ultimate goal is to foster knowledge, process and technology to build the best framework for my teams to enhance their customers journey. My role as CRO encompasses cultivating strategic alignments across marketing, product, sales, partners and customer success teams to amplify our outreach and forge sustainable growth trajectories. My main focus is on enabling and aligning my teams to reach their maximal potential. With 20+ years in Software and SaaS, I've been hands on in many various contexts and situations (US-unicorns, French Startups, established ISVs...) with many different roles (Presales, Partner Management, CSM, Enterprise Sales, Sales Manager...). I've also used and deployed some of the most efficient SaaS and Sales methodologies like MEDDIC (and Command of the Message), SPICED by Winning by Design and Value Selling. I have also a broader knowledge and experience on Revenue Architecture, Pricing, Value Engineering and Presales. I founded FrogRevenue, a SaaS Revenue Advisory consulting practice, where I help startups Management (CEO, CROs...) eager to refine their revenue-generating activities. I'm also very active at Pavilion, where I facilitate executive peers professional development, offering guidance and fostering connections within an international community of revenue leaders. On a personal side, I strongly believe that business is done by connecting people to leverage value, share experiences and generate new opportunities.
